We understand that the industries we operate in are changing and to ensure we are abreast of this, we continue to invest in new equipment and technology. Utilising the latest CNC machining including 5 axis machines and lathes, combined with CAD/CAM capability and CNC inspection facilities our diverse and experienced team can adapt quickly to meet any challenge. We operate 24 hours a day, reducing lead times whilst maintaining the highest level of quality.

Quality at the forefront
We are committed to compliance and quality, which is reflected in our Quality Management System certified ISO 9001:2015 status. Our quality and inspection department is fully equipped with precision gauges, measuring instruments and three Mitutoyo CMMs. For each job we conduct a first off inspection and once the job is complete all components go through a final inspection, to give you the confidence that your components are manufactured to the highest standard. Furthermore, we can provide customer specific documentation, inspection reports, PPAP, or any other requirements.
